Hello! I'm a long time 2006 Mazda MX-5 Miata driver that recently had a baby and needed something like a 4-door miata. The elantra sport is the closest thing I found for around $20k. I went to some dealerships and was disappointed to learn that the stock of new 2018 models is long gone. No offense to anyone, but the 2019 has a face that only a mother could love. Still, I was prepared to settle for one, when I found a 2018 "manager demo" that had 8500 miles but had never been sold. I scooped it up yesterday for $17,900, see the attached pics I took on my test drive with the salesman in the background.
I'm planning to sell my miata in the coming days (anybody want one?) and use the proceeds to start modding this elantra sport. I'll definitely be tapping the collective wisdom of the forum here to figure out what parts to buy. Thanks for having me!
I almost bought that color from a local dealer but rhey played too many games and ended up getting the red. I liked how it changes color in light and in the shade and looks aondifferent. Congrats on your car new car! I cane from a 2017 mx club edition. I miss many things but overall am happy with the jump.
