I guess I got a terrible deal on mine then. Its a 2018 dct premium package. 29k after all taxes, dealer fees, gap, and pre paid maintenance for 75k miles. I live in the south Florida area.
MSRP for the Sport with DCT and premium package is $ 26035 + your $ 700 prepaid maintenance = $ 26,735 and any doc fees (usually under $ 700 plus tax and lic) You must have paid full MSRP.

Hyundai is currently offering $ 2500 factory rebate and then the dealer had room to move as well. Did they not apply the factory rebate? If they did not I know in California once you drive off the lot its yours. But if they dont even have the factory rebate on your contract I would go back into the dealer and argue that they did not disclose what was available. Im sure you cant get them to move on their price now since you accepted the deal but maybe the nation wide factory rebate can still be applied through Hyundai, it does not come out of the Dealers pocket.

the dealer where I got my Sonata is offering 2018 Elantra Sport DCT and premium package out the door on purchases for $ 23,000 and that was with out any bargaining, I test drove one and was and might still trade my Sonata Sport 2.0 for one. $ 23,000 out the door was what was offered during the test drive before any haggling

Everyone always forgets to put the details of the deal...so here's mine on 2018 DCT with premium package

MSRP: $26,315
Dealer Discount: $3,000
Sales Tax: $1,908 (7.25%)
Doc Fee: $300
Base Out the Door Without Incentives: $25,523 (including TTL)

$1,000 Hyundai rebate (took 0% financing vs $2,500 rebate and 3.xx% financing)
$1,000 Uber Rebate
$500 Boost up Rebate
Out the Door: $23,023

Could have kept it below $21,500 if I took the $2,500 rebate instead, but 0% makes a lot more sense for me

What people really need to tell is the BASE price paid, Rebates, any add on's etc should be noted separately. Taxes and dealer fees vary widely and can be misleading to the OTD price.

Can anyone provide me their paperwork? I’m currently sitting at $19k and trying to get them down to $18k before taxes and tags for the base with automatic transmission

I should add that I was adamant about DCT, Premium Package and color. So I did not have a whole lot of room for negotiation

I purchased an 18 two days ago. Stickered at 25k. There were rebates and I got a $500 veteran rebate as well. I was coming out of a lease and had $2700 left in lease payments left which the rebates ate up. All in all I feel like it was a good deal. They tried for a $600 a month payment and I was ready to walk and we ended up at $490 a month which I was happy with.

What discount is the dealer giving you? You should shoot between $2000 and $3000 off MSRP. Then subtract all standard Hyundai rebates and then subtract what specific rebates you qualify for. Once you have that price, add TTL and tax and that't what you'll be paying.

Bought my Electric blue back in March. Had the dealer bring it in from out of state because I wanted the 6MT Premium. Here is how the deal was structured. Some of the deals I've seen on here are way better than mine, but most of those are lacking in detail so I can't really compare. Ultimately, I'm very happy with the car that I got for the price that I paid.

2018 6MT Premium w/ carpeted floor mats and cargo tray: $25,165.00 MSRP (includes destination)
Passive anti-theft dealer BS: $229.00
Dealer price: $25,394
Dealer service fee BS: $199.99
Subtotal: $25,593.99
Dealer discount: ($1,516.34)
Cash price: $24,077.65
Tax & Title: $1,522.35
Subtotal: $25,600.00
Rebates: ($2,500)
Total price paid "OTD": $23,100
Down payment: $1,500.00
Amount financed: $21,600
0% HMA finance @ $300.00/mo for 72 months

You got the 0% with the rebate? I thought that wasn't possible.

My $2,500 in rebates wasn't THE $2,500 rebate. It was a $1,000 rebate that could be used with the 0% financing, $500 Uber, $500 auto-show bonus cash, and $500 Boost-Up match. My $500 contribution for the Boost-Up incentive is included in the listed $1,500 down payment. I consolidated all of my incentives to avoid confusion, but alas, I failed. Sorry for the confusion.

Just did a lease for a white DCT base for 12k miles 165/month with 2k out of pocket on the day (includes tax and tags), cargo net, bumper protector, all weather mats and regular mats. I think the sticker was around 24,600 but with rebates and negotiation we were down in the 18k range.
