Bad to worse

Changing plugs and the ceramic broke off inside the tube. Had to get a micro vacuum kit and attach it to my shop vac to get out the pieces. After removing the plug completely, there were little pieces I had to vacuum out again. I don't believe any went in to the cylinder, if they did, they were small. Do you think it's safe to drive? Also broke the pcv valve at the threads. Gonna take it to the mechanic to have them try to back it out. 30 min job turned into a crap show

Did you have the correct socket for spark plugs?

Yeah but my son didn't put it on For some reason and just had the extension on. When I turned the extension, the ceramic cracked. Regardless, got the pcv, plugs, and berrymans 2640 induction dine. Purrs like a kitten now
