I have a 2018 Elantra sport and finally making some mods on it, I just recently did a resenator and muffler delete, and now I'm looking to get either a blowoff valve or By pass valve, Which one would work better for the car? And would I need an after market Intake for it ?

You do not need an intake for either, and it depends on how loud you want it. Getting one with recirculating capabilities (bypass) is a good way to increase throttle response and better boost application with no added noise (stock intake will mute it). Standard BOV will obviously be louder and you'll have to cap the port on the intake tube where the stock bypass valve connects.

Personally I have a GFB Mach 2 that I recirculate into a SXTH intake. I prefer it recirculated as it makes the tone more enjoyable and keeps the volume low. (you can still hear it pretty good)
