For those who work at Hyundai, or just know the best way to get this resolved, how do I get them to look at my CarPlay? It’s faulty and for whatever reason it makes my map inaccurate. The issue happens no matter what cable or iPhone is being used.

The issue is with my car. I have been having this issue for nearly two months and I have been working/troubleshooting with Apple on this for about half as long as that. For example, if my phone is connected, my map will show I am somewhere about an hour away. If I disconnect my phone from the car, my phone corrects itself and shows my correct location. If I then reconnect the phone to the car, same issue happens. This happens on different iPhones and on a factory restored iPhone as well and switching the cable being used does not solve the issue either.
