Is there a way completely drain the radiator AND the engine block from coolant?..i recently had one of the coolant hoses going to the heater core pop off and the car lost allot of coolant and over heated,so i was forced to use normal water just to get it home since i was very close and it it didn't make sense to get it towed...now im trying to drain all the water out and add coolant (this insident happened two days ago and i couldn't take it anywhere cuz of the COVID stuff....also would be ok if i only drained the radiator and added coolant?

Remove the bottom plastic skid plate. Theres a drain valve on the driver side of the radiator. Buy someextra plastic grommets that hold the skid plate in some will probably break
