Is the picture below of the Front Passenger Door Handle, a warrantied item? I'm rather sure that was like that when I bought it, but never noticed it, being on the passenger side.
I've never done a warranty item outside mechanical items.

If not, any knowledge how to remove it, there is a Torx 6 screw on the outside, but removing that alone doesn't do much. If it's not warrantied, I'm come from a plastics background, and have some fancy glues that could close that up a bit more.

I would think that it would be covered under warranty.

I guess, I'll stop by and see what the service department says. It's not a huge deal to me, I'd be happy, just taking it off, and closing the crack with glue.

I sure hope its covered. I have noticed that I grab and open my door handle at an odd angle from time to time and I worry it'll plop off or something horrible
