I have the 2017 ES and have been using the Thinkware x330 for a year now.
I wanted the parking mode to be enabled so I purchased the Hardwire kit for it, I just realized the fuse are smaller than my previous vehicle.
It didn't mention on the manual what kind they are.

My plan is to hardwire it using add-a-fuse.

* What type of fuse does the 2017 elantra sport uses? (Mini/micro)

* Is there an add-a-fuse I can buy for it?

* Which fuse is best to tap the wires?

* Is 10 amp sufficient or go with 15?

I'm located in Toronto, I have been at Canadian Tire, and Princess Auto but no luck finding what is needed....

Thanks in advance guys.

I know what you mean, i had no luck finding it in Canadian Tire either and had to order from Amazon: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00OZFNJI6/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I think there was Prime for it when i ordered but you can try looking for a similar one.

It's a Micro fuse.

You could attach it to any fuse that stays on when the car is off i suppose. My strip lights are attached to the 10AMP interior lights
