Brake Part codes *info within*

Hi All,

I've been looking at better pads/rotors for my ES as the stock ones are "ok" at best.
I emailed EBC last night in the US regarding brake parts for our vehicle, this is the response I got over night.

I am not affiliated in anyway to EBC or any of their partners/subsidiaries.
I will be touching base with Bendix shortly to get the same info for us.

Not sure if these are the same as the Korean made Elantra, looking online at part codes they are different, but could just be ordering numbers are different.

Red DP31874C
Yellow DP41874R

2. Rear Brake Pads (Green, Red and Yellow)
Green DP21875
Red DP31875C
Yellow DP41875R

3. Front discs (Standard, Slotted)
RK RK7629
USR USR7629

4. Rear Discs (Standard, Slotted)
RK RK7630
USR USR7630

Please note that the rear pad and rotor numbers are not yet available.

Rear might work, but the fronts are definitely different from the standard Elantra so they will not work.

Hey guys,

I'm planning to change my rear rotors and pads to the following:

- GD7630 Sport Rotor Rear
- DP31875C Pads (Red Stuff)

Could anyone confirm that this will fit? I'm inclined to believe that these will fit the rears after searching around the forum/net, but would be awesome if someone could help a brother out.

Thanks!

If and when they make pads for our cars, I would stay away from the red and green pads if you drive aggressive on a road say like the Dragon. I left a set of EBC reds in crumbles on the Dragon.

I had Greens on my turbo Miata that ran the local canyons every weekend and track days once a month. No issues.
