Hello. I am about to install a SXTH rear sway bar for my ES and I wanted to see if I could leave weight on the suspension when doing so. I have ramps that I back the car up on and they work pretty well. I can't find any info about my problem in the manual, so I wanted to see if anyone here knew. Thanks in advance!

I actually prefer to have it loaded. I use ramps when doing work that doesn't require a wheel to be removed.

It is typically recommended to at least tighten everything with the suspension loaded to avoid binding up any bushings
