So I guess I'm the first Canadian member. Here's my marina blue elantra sport...already have lots of engine mods coming and a custom tune for 94 octane...here's hoping I achieve 250whp

Welcome! The blue is pretty nice, very nearly got that colour, but can't not have black. Also, no you are one of a few canucks(including myself) here already!

Ah okay then! I would have gotten black...but my last Elantra was black...then wrapped yellow lol

Do they call the Electric Blue something else up there? Interesting if it has a different name. What mods you have coming? I assume most of the 1.6T mods from the Veloster, etc will work here.

Up here it's called Marina Blue. I have a Short ram intake from 845 motorsports (meant for VT but will fit no problem). Then I have the front mount intercooler with upgraded charge pipes and blow off valve from shark racing. I also have 2 oil catch cans from mishimoto and upgraded spark plugs from HKS. Also have that custom tune from Lap3 ordered as well. For the exterior, I have a painted Tuix rear spoiler coming as well as a mesh grill from M&S. Next will be a custom exhaust with resonator delete. Then lowering it with aftermarket wheels from my old Elantra.

Nice color, i got the white mainly because it was in the showroom and looked beautiful, and had the tech and manual transmission. im a canadian too and i never seen another ES on the road yet around Montreal.

Agreed the white does look mint, give it a tint with some. black accesories and instant stormtrooper look lol

Did you have any issues with short Intake? was it just bolt on or did you have to do. some mods.. also I'd love to know how the Lap3 Ecu tune works out. I was talking to them. the other day and they actually mentioned an order for someone from Canada running 94 Oct.. hahhah must be you..

Haven't gotten the short ram intake yet. Still waiting on it. Got the intercooler, oil catch cans and spark plugs in my possession now though. Yeah that would be me that the tune is for lol. They need a test car that has push button start as most of their cars in Korea are turn key ignition

Interested to see how the catch can setup works out. That is going to be one of my first mods for sure.

The SRI is going to bump up against the master cylinder reservoir. Just FYI. The VT ones are about 1/2 inch too long on the J pipe side.
