Hyundai has released the pricing for the 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport.

Starting at $22,485


1.6L Turbo-GDI
6-speed manual gearbox
201hp and 195 lb-ft of torque
*Also offering a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (optional)

For an additional $2,400 you can upgrade to the premium package which includes:

8-inch navigation system
Infinity premium audio system
Blue-Link connectivity
Dual-zone climate control
Auto-dimming rearview mirror w/ homelink and compass
Power sunroof
Blind sport detection with rear cross-traffic alert
Lane change assist

If only I could just get the sunroof by itself and maybe the larger nav screen, everything else in the package is negligible to me. Going to be hard to decide if I think those two features are worth an additional $2,400.

I don't understand how its hard to decide if paying for the upgrade is worth it since your already paying for a $22k+ vehicle, and if you break it down monthly your not paying much more over the length of your financing term.

Is cost really the issue?
