Hi y'all! Just wanted to introduce myself no I'll be coming here often to get some advice from y'all.

A little about myself...my name is Amber, I grew up on a horse farm, I was a truck driver, I use to do truck pulls and now I sell cars..for Volkswagen, don't judge! I'm from Mass but I'm a southern at heart.

About my car...I literally just bought a sport w/ premium package 2 hours ago. Had no intention on buying one but I did. I'm the type of person who needs to do extensive research on them and did no research on this car. Now that I own one I'll be looking for advice on how to build it but not void the warranty. I know how to build a diesel truck but not a car. This is my first car and all my trucks in the past made 500-900hp.

Here's to hoping for fun times with my new girl!

Welcome to the ES forums!

Regarding the warranty question: There is no such thing as "voiding your warranty". The dealer would have to prove that a specific aftermarket part caused the particular failure that you bring the car in for warranty service for to not honor the warranty for that particular maintenance. A tuned ECU could potentially nullify all power plant warranty claims, however. Parts? Not so much.

LOL good addition. That is something I tend to overlook, as usually I just expect people to know. Ill have to remember that for the future. I get too excited!

Half the people I work with aren't the least bit surprised that I started looking at how to build this within an hour after purchasing while the other half are telling me it has plenty of hp lol no such thing as enough power!
