I had my turbo replaced last week (long story) and the car is now only producing around 9 psi of boost, according to my OBDLink app. I have intake / turbo-back exhaust / FMIC / LAP3 ECU tune and this car would spin through 2nd gear and sometimes 3rd. It can't even spin the tires in first gear now, and is probably slower than stock. There are no error codes from the ECU. I think the LAP3 93 octane tune normally produces boost over 20 psi doesn't it?

If the boost control solenoid isn't connected properly to the turbo, would the wastegate open at 9 psi due to the wastegate spring pressure? Or could it be a boost leak from a loose hose? If it were a boost leak though, I don't think it would hold the boost around 9 psi in a stable fashion would it? Any other ideas about what could be going on?

Correct t, if the EBCS is damaged and not working or isn't connected properly it will allow the built in wastegate to open at around 8~9 psi.
