Just a general suggestion for everyone, I know its become a "thing" to call the Elantra Sport an ES, and the Veloster a VT, but this is really bad for SEO value. We want other Elantra Sport owners to join us in this community, and people who are buying this car and are new to Hyundai's wanting to find forums on the car will be searching for elantra sport, not ET. So as a friendly suggestion I hope everyone is willing to adopt, please consider actually spelling it out every once and a while so more people can join us

The domain name alone isn't enough, especially considering how many local car dealers are paying for local ads with that keyword. Google will determine a site based on relevant keyword usage, so we should use the keyword more

I brought this topic up in the first place because when I was looking for a forum I found this one on the 2 page, SERP 16.

I don't think it's really an issue, honestly. In the New Tiburon forums we used "Tib" and "Tibby" all the time, and that forum was massive in its heyday and is still going pretty darned strong. Same thing with the Veloster Turbo forums - we used VT and NAV over there all the time and those forums continue to grow. When I did a search for forums when I was looking for something Elantra Sport related, this forum was the 4th or 5th return from Google. Remember - Google collects a lot of data about how you use their search engine and will return results based on your usage, to this forum showing up on the 2nd page and way down the list for you says more about the way that you use Google than it does how this forum comes up in searches.
