Hi I keep having issues starting. But it’s hit or miss. Dealership said the car is fine as it can’t be duplicated. Seems to have issues where it’s cranking and cranking and actually starting. Seems like the idle is super low at times. I have a 2018 ES DCT. With 34k miles on it. No mods. Some days it seems to crank and crank and then finally starts. Is it plugs? Idle control valve of some sort? Clearly Hyundai didn’t seem to see it as it started fine on the first shot for them.

Start at getting ur Battery checked. Then the basics. Put some good gas in, check air filter. Then worry about starter and plugs etc. Big fluctuations of cold or heat can do in a battery

This is a known issue with no acknowledgement from Hyundai on an official fix or tsb.
My 2018 ES DCT with 22000km does the same and dealer keeps saying it's normal.

Have you considered taking a video whenever you start your car? No need for the dealer to replicate it if you can show it to them.
