Wait you got that sub sitting right under the drivers seat aha? Love how small and compact it is. What kind of rms is it putting out?
i actually have it under my drivers seat, but have reserved a spot under my driver seat if needed. its 100w rms i believe and 300w max? its enough to shake the exterior mirrors, honestly in the cab it is like having a 300w sub in the trunk. i dont really mind a single one, but there is more than enough battery power to run 2 without any sort of capacitor setup and dimming lights in my opinion.

Hey CoolRonZ, I know this is off topic; but did the 3" cat-less down pipe make a noticeable difference?
oh i am sorry, i never noticed the question, actually for sound alone its worth it. but stock i didnt notice much but my tune liked it and my tune liked my secondary cat gutted also. little more turbo lag but little more fun middle and top end...

So I ended up buying a self contained sub/amp combo to try and install, one of these bad boys. https://www.pioneer.com.au/shop/car/ts-wx120a/

The spot behind the centre console was a PERFECT size, slightly raised by really flat thanks to the car being a front wheel drive, excitement was rising.

So I pull the dash apart and get the deck slid out and it has neither of the two connections this unit needs to connect (Speaker line input or RCA input).

Looks like if you have the base 7" unit / 6 speaker system, you're plum outta luck trying to add a subwoofer to that setup, unless someone here knows a good solution given what I've said? Here are some pics of the back of the unit.
pardon my ignorance, so is A18, the remote wire then?
