Brotruck drivers are pretty much as bad as BMW/Audi drivers now. Brotruck with a sled deck are far above and beyond the worst BMW and Audi offenders though. Dodge Brotruck with a sled deck are the absolute pinnacle of this elite group of douchery. I live in a small mountain town with all of the above, ask me how I know..
I live in Mooresville NC. it’s an epidemic here.

Installed my DP last night!
how the install go?
it wasn't all that bad, the nuts came off really easy, thought they would get stuck but they didn't. The top nut was a little bit of a pain, I went from the top of the motor wirh a 3/8 ratchet and a deep 12. I was laying over the motor lol didn't have to remove the battery or anything.

wow and how you got the lower front one???
without removing everything it took you less than 3 hours?

Put on my trunk “spoiler” from Albert. I’ll have to re do it at some point with an extra person to make sure I get it dead center and as far on as possible. Very small gap on the underside and a few MMs off to one side. Didn’t want to ruin the adhesive to take it back off so I just left it. Looks fine to the naked eye.

Removed all the heat shields and the flex pipe, and the intake... Popped the o2 sensor clips out, and got the bottom 2 nuts off with a 12mm wrench and then got the top one with the socket.. Didn't take long. I think 3 maybe 4 hours tops only because I was taking my time and drinking beer... LoL

So I did a thing this past Saturday.

I already had one of these subs (sounding GOOD too), off the factory amp in a single sub box. SO I thought, if one was good, two would be better. and viola! These are BOTH running off the factory Infinity amp.

While I will NOT be wining a SPL contest, I can attest to hitting over 110 dB. I feel closer to like 115-117 dB. Enough to shake my rear view mirror, and bring a slight smile to my basshead self. :D

Installed my SXTH intake. Glad I listened to @R1600Turbo and had the BPV bung welded on. Car sounds great even with the DCT

Installed rear sway bar, shift knob, and upgraded BOV solenoid this week; I'll be installing an HKS SSQV4 today.
It’s about time! I did all that...eh, the very first week of purchase. I purchased my HKS SSQV4 for a song. Purchased mine from CarId for $180 in the end and brand new of course. Now before anyone goes rushing to CarId in hopes of that deal, there’s more to the store behind why.

I want to upgrade the end links to complete the whole package. I have a few brands I’m looking into. Any recommendations?

Sitting here staring at my intercooler resonator delete pipe wishing I could install it. But I’m bed ridden with back pain so bad I can barely walk hahaha. Maybe I’ll order the sway bar for the car today.

I haven't honestly looked at it yet. I forgot to lube my sway bar so it's making an irritating squeak when I slowly roll over things like speed bumps or just undulations in a parking lot. hahaha. As soon as the weather warms up here in Michigan I'll pick up some wheels/UHP summer tires and coilovers. Short shifter is ordered. I still need to get all the bushings in, but working 65-80 hours a week really puts a damper on things. haha.

It’s been a long time since I added my sway bar, but I think I lubed it when I installed it. It’s one of those moments you’re excited to add it, then there’s this minor detail you forget to preform. I loosened the muffler bolts slightly just enough so the sway bay could wiggle around the exhaust pipe. It would have been faster if I just lowered the pipe.

I hear ya with the work week. As soon as it starts warming up a bit more, I’ll do more with my car. It’s freaking cold here in Cali. One more thing- now that the OEM suspension has settled in, it really is on the weak side even though hyundai claims it’s a sport suspension/ whatever. My car rocks quickly side to side on a sharp corner turn...then again this does happen when I pull out of my driveway and merge onto a main street.

Keep in mind I’m rocking the 4 point subframe brace, the sway bar, and the strut brace from Pierce. The car was drastically improved the day I installed all that. I’m currently looking into aftermarket end links.

I’ll catch ya later...

Preeettty sure I have a small rock rolling around in my dash vent...
I hope you found your rock.

I live in a part of the world with cold, snowy winters. I often get an ice chunk bouncing and rattling around where the trunk meets the bottom of the rear glass. It took me WEEKS of worrying and searching to figure out where the FUDGE that sound was coming from.

Same, turned out to be on the wiper deck, not actually in the defrost vent, yay! I also found that too, when the rear was icey and such, little chunks rattle back there.
