Emptied both OCC’s out at almost a 2k mileage change. PCV side weighs 180 grams and the breather side had hardly anything with 2 grams. Weight was taken with the scale at zero with the bottle, then filled, then weighed to give the actual fluid weight. I’ll post pics later of the dirty cans.

Additional pics to my dual OCC draining. The dirty side to the PCV line can be seen in one of the pics. I didn’t really take any pics of the breather OCC since there really wasn’t that much fluid.

Im using the largest OCC’s (dual) by Mishimoto with custom AN braided lines. They’re super easy to clean. Very well built.

The separation plate for the can fluid- the fluid level was right up to that area. This was at a 2k mile change during a mild Cali winter. I might start to preform a 1k change to keep the fluid buildup at a lower level between changes.

Not into the chrome window trim so the first mod was blackout tape. Looks great but you need to take your time. I suggest buying two of the 20' rolls, you will screw up on this project at some time and need the extra roll. Trust me...
Aside from the tape, what'd you need to get this done? I really want to do it but I feel like I would have a hard time doing this. It would also help from burning my arm on the chrome when its summer with the windows down too

Tape and patience. I just went along the top of the trim very slowly, removing the backing as I went, one door at a time. Then lifted the bottom and worked out the bubbles as I pushed down. As I used my nails to tuck it under the trim, it actually cut the tape at the same time. You could also use a plastic razor blade. Go over it a few times to make sure it'll stick and good to go. Hardest part is the rounded end on the rear door.

Ordered up a rear decklid spoiler from albert on FB.

If you want it to look good it is not a quick job. You need to clean the trim, I use isopropyl alcohol, you also need a razor blade and a credit card or hotel key. You cut the length you need for the section you are working on, the tape I used was Blackout Tape from Pep Boys ($7 per roll, buy two) it is taller than what you need so I trimmed a half inch or so off of the bottom before I started. You work the tape to the edge of the rubber on the existing trim. I would do about four inches at a time and only adhere the top. Every foot or so I would work the trim down but not all the way. I did not use a the credit card or key to work out the bubbles. I used my thumb to work the tape down onto the trim. If you are careful you will not have any bubbles to start with. You do need to check out the roll because it has a good cut side and one that the slitter leaves extra material, this is the part you should cut off. I would then use the card or key for pushing the tape under the trim (try to find a thin card, I actually used a casino card). Once the tape is under you cut it with the razor knife (blade only). You will not damage the paint because the blade rides on top of the excess tape. It worth taking a shot because it is a cheap project and it makes a big difference in the looks. Tape states to work in conditions from 60 to 80 degrees. It was in the low 60's today in Indiana and I did it out of the sun. It is easier to work with it when it is warmer but easier to cut when it is cooler. GOOD LUCK...

Brought it home! Well, last night actually. Got it for my girl. A 2018, Black, 6spd with Nav. straight off the truck.

I'm a tech at Hyundai and a few months ago I took home a Grey one with DCT and had her drive it around. She really liked the car (she drove an 07 Civic Si) but it could only come one way, black and with a manual trans. Yesterday we just so happened to get the exact car she wanted dropped off with a load of cars. I grabbed it, did the PDI and parked it out back until she could get off work. lol

Window tint is the only plans for it. Too hot in Florida to live without that

Driving home from the shooting range after picking up a gun and this happened. Some nephson in his lifted brodozer decided he was too manly to drive around the big branch in the road and ran it smooth over and launched a good bit of it into my car. Thankfully this will buff out

Brotruck drivers are pretty much as bad as BMW/Audi drivers now. Brotruck with a sled deck are far above and beyond the worst BMW and Audi offenders though. Dodge Brotruck with a sled deck are the absolute pinnacle of this elite group of douchery. I live in a small mountain town with all of the above, ask me how I know..
